Membership of Cowdenbeath Golf club represents one of the best value Golf memberships in the region.

Typically, Over 60 competitions are arranged during the summer season (Late March to early October).

Seniors competitions are arranged on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (all year round) with occasional away group events organised to play at other Fife Golf Trust venues.

During the Late Autumn, Winter and Early Spring Season, weekend eclectic competitions are also arranged, therefore giving members the opportunity to play golf all year round (course conditions as determined by Fife Golf Trust may have some affect).

Summer and Winter league selection for scratch and handicap categories allows for additional regular competitions away and at home, to other clubs in the region.

As a member of Cowdenbeath Golf Club you will be able to enter all of our competitions throughout the year and maintain a valid handicap using the World Handicap System. Click the “World Handicap System” link for more details

You will have access to our clubhouse facilities and social events. We have a members’ locker room with lockers allocated when they become available. Please advise if you wish to have the use of a locker as a waiting list is in place for these.

CGC Membership Fees 2026-2027

2026 Membership fees have now been confirmed following the clubs Annual General Meeting. Members fees can be paid in person in the clubhouse during March (Saturday / Sunday 12 – 2.30pm) prior to the start of the season in April! There will be an option to pay in cash, cheque or by electronic bank transfer (preferred). We are not able to accept payment by card under the terms of our card reader agreement. 1. Choose the appropriate category of club membership fee, payable to Cowdenbeath Golf Club, from the list below. Club Membership runs from 1st April until the end of March each year.
2. Choose the appropriate green fees “Rover Ticket” applicable for Cowdenbeath, payable to Fife Golf Trust, from the second list below. Note: a “Rover Ticket” is required for those wishing to play in weekend competitions.
   
3. All adult customers will be given the options of paying for their FGT season ticket in full at our Pro Shop / Starters, or by paying in full or setting up a regular payment plan over 5 months online at https://www.fifegolftrust.co.uk/
4. All adult ticket holders must agree to submitting identification and a ‘headshot’ or ‘selfie’ of themselves that will be added to their membership account.

Please note: Club Membership Fees & Fife Golf Trust green fees, must be paid in advance of playing in any competitions.

Cowdenbeath Golf Club: All age categories are determined as of 1st April in each golfing season!
Seniors* Must have been a club member for at least 5 years.

FGT Concession* tickets are available to those over the age of 62 on the date of purchase and those that meet certain income support criteria for which evidence must be provided to prove entitlement. All age related concessions must provide initial proof of age and income concessions must provide annual proof of entitlement.
