Fife Golf Trust – Announcement on Course Rangers
In order to welcome and check in golfers after our Pro Shops and Starter facilities close, we will be trialling a Course Ranger role at our courses.
The primary role of the Course Rangers will be to welcome, identify and orientate all golfers, checking them in and adding those without a booking to the tee sheet. They will also be taking payments from visitors who have not prebooked and prepaid.

For visitors, there will be a special £10 rate at all our courses from 7pm every day. This price will also be available to book online which you can do by visiting www.fifegolftrust.co.uk and this is strongly encouraged.

We have also installed additional security cameras at all our venues, monitoring the Pro Shops and Starters facilitates, the first tee and other key areas of our courses. This is aimed at improving the security and safety of our staff, customers, facilities and to monitor and deter visitors trying to play golf without paying – which unfortunately does happen and is strictly prohibited and a civil offence.

All golfers are reminded that they should always have a pre-booked tee time to play at any time of the day and must personally check in with the Pro or Starter before they play.

We very much hope all our customers will have an enjoyable golfing season with Fife Golf Trust.

Course updates and course closure confirmations are provided by Fife Golf Trust through BRS. Cowdenbeath Golf Club do not provide updates on course status or deal with visitor tee bookings.
